What I love about the St. Louis metropolitan area
“Since I’m a transplant from the Great Northwest I’ve had to acclimate to the fine “dining” of St. Louis. My favorite restaurant is Fitz’s for no other reason than their huge floats, bottled pop and massive meals. I’ve also had to change my allegiance to the St. Louis Cardinals and although I’ve not been to a game yet, I’ve grown really fond of the Blues! I really enjoy going to the Zoo and finding all kinds of new places around the St. Louis area.”

“I certainly could not think of any one person other than Professor Aric Marshall to lead the Worship Arts degree program! Not only is he a gifted and knowledgeable musician with plenty of experience and practice in ministry, but he also has a heart centered on worship. He uses his talents for the glory of God, with a passion for teaching and instructing. He’s been a huge encouragement and valuable teacher in helping me grow in my love for music, and he’s opened my understanding for worship ministry. SLCC is quite fortunate to have such a professional and kind professor.”

“Professor Marshall is the most down-to-earth mentor I could ask for. He’s always willing to work around my schedule and talk about difficult topics and has demonstrated a godly perspective through his advice and insights. In our conversations, he has encouraged me when I second-guess myself, provided counsel that I didn’t even know I needed, and opened my eyes to a new world of possibilities for Christian Ministry. His dedication and his love for ministry have inspired me.”
